What an anticlimax after yesterdays epic Tappone. If they think two times up Piancavallo is worthy of the Giro final then Blockhaus, Prati di Tivo or Campo Imperatore certainly is. Would make the transfer to Rome shorter and not as pointless.

The world's best stagerace rider… Jonas Vingegaard also saw that he was the only one that seem to have won them all… no other from this era can match that.
Jonas seems so strong.. Let's hope the eastern fellow Tadej Pogacar is ready, and Jonas aint to tired after this outstanding Giro performance.. so we see a great Tour.

There is no rider on the Giro called 'Derek Gee'. There is however one called 'Derek Gee-West'. Is it beneath the TNT commentators to use his correct name?

If it weren't for Pogacar, Jonas would have won 4 TdFs on the spin and would be looking at winning a 5th this year. If it weren't for Jonas, Pogacar would have already won 6 in a row and would be looking for a 7th this year.

and look at that, all yesterday's whining about Cicco not pulling Gee into 3rd place turned out to be nonsense.
People need to stop listening to this "strategy" blah blah on these poscasts/videos and get a grip. If you can't tell that Gee wasn't going to vault into 3rd unless HE, HIMSELF went out and killed it, you're missing the plot.
If you can't tell that having an ITALIAN winner of the KOM at the giro (ITALIA) is better than vainly fighting to help someone else gain 3rd place, you're missing the plot.
