So I moved from the Philippines approx 3 years ago. I sold my gravel bike there thinking it was easier to find a suitable bike here.
It was a kespor gsx 2.0 (AL, grx 2×10, hydraulics discs) worth 60k php (approx 900 usd) -> https://elvmotors.com/products/kespor-gsx-700c-racing-bikes
For the life of me i cant find an equivalent specced gravel bike at the same price point here in the US. The closest i could find in my area (central IL) at the same price point is a used kona rove (CroMoly, sora 2×9, mechanical discs). If i try to find similar specs, itll go into the $1500-$2000 range.
The link above is the only shop selling that bike here in the US, and unfortunately they dont ship to my location. Any recommendations?

Used is the way to go. Facebook marketplace, eBay, buycycle. Those are in order: from most affordable to close to retail price. That premium gets you a better potential match though instead of having to wade through all the other non-bike listings.
US shops don’t sell inexpensive quality Chinese bikes like in Asia. The Hador RX1000 is a crazy bike for $380
