Facebook Twitter LinkedIn Pinterest Bluesky Threads just received my new Aeroad and this parts came in the box. I have no idea what they are. Are the rings for the pedals? by PrimaryOk5435 Bicycle Bicycling Bike Biking Canyon Bicycles Canyon Bikes Cycling
HG1998 on May 26, 2026 4:24 pm The rings are indeed spacers that go in-between pedals and crank. However, I have also ridden my bike for a pretty long while without them so I don’t really know whether they’re required.
Lanky-Fee7124 on May 26, 2026 5:03 pm Yes, Sram pedal washers for sure. But those other pieces? I’d love to hear what they are.

They should be used on Carbon cranks, e.g. SRAM Red or Force E1.
