Why is he riding on the sidewalk!? You need to be in the bike lane, or the right hand lane if there isn't a bike lane. As someone who bike commutes this makes all of us cyclist look bad. This is where I'm supposed to say the actions of a few are reflected on the many, but sadly I can't commit to that line of thinking. Here in Austin a lot of cyclists are just as reckless as this kid here.

Needing a drivers license to ride an electric bike is insane but what’s more insane is them calling electric motorcycles, electric bicycles
