  1. A boneless is done with front leg in a can-can position, standing on the front leg.

    This is a 180 disaster and a fastplant, respectively.

  2. Back in my day, we called this a footplant, because you “plant” your foot and return back. Fastplant would be when you “plant” your foot in a fast forward going motion, for jumping over a rooftop for example. Dope either way
