Finally converted it back to what it was meant to be after dabbling in monster cross for awhile (the geometry just wasn't ideal). Only took 3 years after finding the dream part, Thompson Ti handlebars that kicked the idea off.

Such a Unicorn of a bike. Is that an air shock on the back?! Custom fittings for that?
Amazing build!! I did a tour of DEAN years ago. I ended up getting a Merlin Extra fat with the ybb softail and a cannondale lefty front suspension. I miss that bike
