We recently got our eight year-old daughter, a new bike, and naturally, she wants me to get a bike as well, so I can ride with her. It will be mostly paved/ light trails and zipping around the neighborhood. I am a dude, and I’m 6 feet tall.
I have been looking for something used for the past few weeks, and stumbled across this marketplace listing from someone who lives a few minutes away. It’s a 2023 dual sport 1 gen 5.
He has immaculate Facebook reviews as a seller and he claims that the bike is barely ridden. He is firm at $450.
I am somewhat ignorant when it comes to bikes. In your opinion, does this appear to be in good shape? The only thing I see are some tiny scratches on the front fork. Thank you in advance!

It’s a good bike for how you plan to use it. Condition looks fine. Scratches don’t matter; any bike that gets ridden will get scratched. Price is okay.
Sure! They stopped making them, so if you like it, get it.
I bought one a month ago and it’s a fantastic all-around bike with the bones to improve it should you ever choose to do so!
