About to purchase this dual sport from someone locally on marketplace. I fully understand this is not technically a mountain bike…Just looking to get back into riding. Which would involve some light/paved trails.
In your opinion, does this appear to be in good shape?

You can do green or blue trails no prob. No big air but simple rocky stuff is g2g.
I have a DS 3 5th gen with the carbon fork.
