Is this port gamble? I don’t know too many trails that are overrun with scotch broom.

Nice! I just bought a BXT MTB-107 FS frame to build up.
I built a Velobuild hardtail in 2018, and it’s seen good use since then. It’s survived falls, and a ton of bike park trips. Definitely trust Chinese carbon, you just have to pick the right company.
