The way you have it set up is only attaching the back end of the bike, which does not seem ideal. Kuat sells adapters nv and sherpa racks. Those only go down to 20-24 inch wheels. One up does support 16 inch wheels and i have seen pics of Bromptons on that rack.

That doesn’t look secure those hooks are for wheels only not the frame.
