The silver one looks a little disjointed, I’d go black. I think silver components generally look better on lighter-colored frames. And it would need more silver—polished silver wheels from Astral maybe, silver cassette, silver Madrone derailleur.

  2. Silver! You have it covered at the touch points with seatpost, stem, and crank. So it looks purposeful. If you had silver spokes/hub then it would be the obvious choice.

Definitely silver. Black components are absolutely everywhere, kinda boring honestly

If the frame was only 1 color, definitely silver. As is, definitely black.

If you can’t go all the way with silver then go black, the 50/50 look isn’t that good.

  6. Black looks more integrated and contemporary, but silver looks old school and distinct. Maybe think about how this choice will influence your future accessory/gear/clothing choices?

Hard to go wrong between these
Most would pick black so silver stands out a bit more

  8. Silver only looks good on bike with one color. I love the silver look, but it just doesn’t look good if there is more than one color on the frame.

Black is retro in 2028. That makes it the responsible choice this year to reduce future envy.

I’d go with black. Silver is great, but on this frame, the black looks better.

Top, & swap to black headset spacer, add gold chain (maybe… Maybe keep or switch to black)

Edit: but as it’s not super important, kill your current chain first
