I’m looking at a Cannondale Quick 4 for my adult son to be used as an in-city commuter bike. Getting to the train station, grocery store and general workhorse. Unknown age and hasn’t been ridden in a couple of years. Asking $200. I haven’t seen it in person yet. It will need panniers and a rack. Is it worth looking at and anything special to look out for on it? Thanks
