Scenic footage of the pyrenees mountains including Col D’Aubisque, Parc National Des Pyrenees.
We start from Portsmouth UK on the brand new ferry to Saint Malo
Bike: BMW R NINE T URBAN GS & APRILLIA TUAREG 660

As we were on a time limit and our goal was the Pyrenees, on the first day was blasted motorways to get to our goal as quickly as possible (we didn’t want to bore you with motorway footage)
There’s for sure much better scenic routes if you have the time.

Sorrel & Louis UK Biker Couple.

  1. Absolutely fabulous guys. For newbies you seem really talented. Bike touring is the best. You will discover so much about yourselves, your bikes and this amazing world we share

  2. Great vid I plan on doing this next year. Ive just liked n subscribed. Keep up the great content, i need to catch up on now haha. Stay safe and all the best.

  3. Some great footage there. I know the area well, and could see you were heading for Gourette. You can get lost simply going through that ski resort! You've prob figured it out already – Do a google streetview search for accommodation, and take a screenshot ahead of the trip. Nothing worse than not being able to find your bed for the night! That was a big leap for Sorrel – a trip and roads like those. Col d'Abisque especially in the East/west direction is a bit daunting with the proximity of the drop to your right. It took me years in that area before I discoverd "Pic du Midi" and the cablecar rides to the top. Maybe not easy if you have bikes crammed with gear – but Definitely worth a half day out !

  4. Nice trip! How was the Leatt jacket and trousers? Is is dritour, or multitour? Could you share how are they performing in different conditions? I visited many mountains, but this year will be my 1st trip to Pyrenees (on the bike). Any advice is welcome 🙂 thanks.

  5. Excellent video, we have done the Pyrenees a few times so I get how much you liked the scenery and the roads. Great to see a Younger generation of adventure bikers coming through, keep it up guys.

  6. Hi, great video to show the area.. One tip, lower the volume on the background music. You can barely hear the VoiceOver when watching it on a big TV. More ambient noise would better.
