I recently picked up a 3D printer and have been cranking out all sorts of useful parts for my bike and around the house. My latest project is a custom Garmin Varia mount designed specifically for the Canyon Ultimate’s 27.2 mm D‑shaped seatpost. This is a present for my brother who lives in the US so I cannot test that it works before he gets it.
This might be a bit of a long shot, but I’m looking for someone in Europe (ideally near Denmark) who can help test this design. If it works as expected, you’ll get a free mount as a thank you 😊

Design looks nice. I did a kind-Of similar design that is more of just the seatpost collar with a GoPro flange adapter. Been solid for a couple years when printed in petg. But I’ve been thinking of a more aero design lately and like yours.
What’s holding the screws in?

I’ve had to design similar mounts for my Allez sprint seatpost. If it’s a carbon seatpost building in a groove to glue in an inner tube helps prevent damage.
