Looking at a Merida CX 500 (2017) for $650/€550. Looks very clean and well maintained.

Use case is first road (technically cx) bike, would be mostly roads, some paths, trails etc. commuting to and from work, fitness and leisure. Would probably switch out the tires on it to something more all round.
Does this price seem fair? It's hard to find similar specs in newer models without costing an arm and a leg.
