I had the classic drops set to 390 mm which I only realized after removing the bar tape. I set the aeros to 350 mm. I only took a very short test ride but so far it seems like an improvement in every way for me.

Nice! I got the same set up as you and also went from 390mm Classic. My lower back was aching a bit at first but I told it to shut up I wanna look cool.
What year did you put these on ? Will they fit on a 2024 aeroad ?
The aero drops are fantastic. Bought them for the gainz but kept them for the comfort
