cockpit not high enough
I love a well packed front of the bike, bulky in a good way! Ultimately I didn’t like the way these dry bags on the side of my fork felt when i going downhill fast so I made some costumizations to fit a focus adventure rack to my Kona Sutra. And went with extra water on the fork. Feed bags on the bars was a game changer for me, good move – also love your choice of bar tape with that color frame! Ultimately finding what works best for you and optimizing what and how much you bring is part of the fun 🙂

Front is over loaded, it’s gonna be terrible for anything than riding straight
Good start! Now go away for the weekend a couple of times and then pack lighter every time. We usually start packing with a too wide “what if”. Try to cleverly narrow it down step by step to what you really need and use.
