    It’s the natural orientation for leaning bikes against things because the side facing you is the side you’ve dismounted the bike on. I blame no one for photographing bikes from this side. We’ve all seen a million chainrings and derailleurs in our lives, we don’t need to see the other side.

    Okay fine but please rotate the quick release on the rear axel so that the pointy end faces forward. Saves you 0.1 W.

    I’ve got a stupid question, what’s the reason you still have these „protective covers“ at the end of the cranks (where the pedals attach)? I may just as well be totally dumb, for having removed them at my bike, because I thought they are just there for the bike transport or whatnot.
