  1. There are 3 clear track rules the Porsche driver broke in this crash:

1️⃣ “The overtaking car is ALWAYS 100% responsible for a safe pass.”
On any trackday, the car doing the overtake carries full responsibility.
The Porsche tried to pass in a place where there wasn’t enough space for a clean, safe overtake. That already makes it the primary cause of the crash.

2️⃣ “The slower car must HOLD its line — it does NOT have to move or give space.”
The BMW was simply following a normal racing line towards the apex.
On trackdays, the leading car is not required to check mirrors, move aside, or predict risky divebomb attempts.
Holding a consistent line is exactly what you’re supposed to do.

3️⃣ “No divebombing — no late inside moves with no overlap.”
The Porsche made a late inside move with zero proper overlap before turn-in.
This is the textbook definition of a divebomb.
If you are not fully alongside before the car ahead turns in, you DO NOT go for that move.

    Conclusion:

By track rules, the Porsche is at fault — not the BMW. Social media is applying road logic to a track incident. Track rules are different.

  2. That bmw just committed murder, for anyone that is not aware it is a rule that if someone is overtaking you on the track YOU HAVE TO MOVE TO THE RIGHT it’s not a suggestion it’s a rule, this guy refused to let him pass him

  3. youre all so wrong. the porsche hit the curb and the whole car snapped from it. you dont understand the curbs on Nürburgring. They fking kill you if you dont know shit.

  4. Was würde alles passieren wenn es kein ABS, ESP, ASR, LKA und Gurte geben würde. Trotz allem gibt es gegen Schwachsinn keinen Assistenten…. das wird auch so bleiben.
