I’ve rejoined the Brompton club. 12-speed with a 44-tooth chainring. Picked up a Vincita front bag, installed my Brooks B17, and extra little strap for the front release. Disliked the Brompton handlebar grips and replace them with some Cane Creek bar ends and some old leather bar tape I had laying around.
Not a fan of the pedals. Too small for this old man. So far, I’ve not used the folding pedal. Any thoughts on swapping to a quick release pedal? Or maybe an alternative folding pedal? I’ve seen the new MKS folding pedal. Sticks out a lot while folded but looks good otherwise.
Are there after market lights that fit on the rear rack? It’s pretty low to invest in a high quality one, IMO. It will be a backup since I have a little space on the saddle rails to mount a more powerful rear blinkie. I’m trying to decide on a good candidate. Recs welcome for either spot.
Is there a m-bar replacement with an extra cm or two height. I am rotating the handlebar towards me so have some extra space during the fold.
Lastly, the normal seat post *is* at max height. I slid up the pentaclip about 1/4” up the top of the post to get a smidgen more height. I think it should be fine. Thoughts for the forum?

Welcome back to the club OP bike looks lovely. As far as pedals are concerned the MKS folding ones are really nice yes it does stick out but realistically no more than standard folding one. As to lights Knog make a really nice rear light that will bolt onto your rack.
