I’m a bit sad. I was so nervous for the trip being a woman alone and I had a fall and I’ve never fallen. This was supposed to be an easy trip. The wheel was twisted, now it won’t turn right, only left.
I don’t speak the language but someone is helping me try to find a place to fix it but we’re in the middle of no where.
Is the problem bad enough to take a train home?

you shuld be able to stand over the front wheel, hold it straight between your legs, and with your arms move the handlebar back to a perpendicular position. this happened to me too once, and i took it to a bike guy who did this very thing and made me feel quite sheepish! but i learned…..
GIve it a go, and then maybe check in with a bike shop later on if you still feel something is ‘off’
EDIT: i see now it won’t actually turn right. Something is obstructing it most likely. have a really good look…. but don’t go home, just find a bike place!
Send us some more pictures here too please… we can’t really see what the issue is
Don’t let it put you off, we’ve all binned it at one point or another…
From the photo, some force and ignorance should get you going.
As previously mentioned, brace wheel with legs and twist bars back, might take some force but it’ll go.
Your right brake lever also needs forcing back down.
If you haven’t time to invest a few basic tools and a some easy maintenance tasks.
But as my opener, don’t bail yet, it is just a blip
