  1. Along with manuals, 180’s are the other basic trick I’m trying to learn, and I’m just as bad at them as manuals. Is it all technique? Is the bike size giving me a hard time as well?

I can tell that even when I turn my head I still can’t get all the way around.

And if anyone is following my struggle, not doing any better with manuals despite getting as low as possible and keeping my legs bent. I hope I can post an update in the future of me holing them more than a few feet.

  2. last two are pretty close, a few more weeks of practice and you’ll probably start landing some. Just needs a bit more rotation. Try purposely trying to over rotate a bit, it helped me.

Something you could try that also helped me was focusing on like a crack in the pavement. Pretend you’re hopping off the crack, keep your eyes on that and it’ll force you to look behind you as you roll/hop over it. Same idea as focusing on the coping on a flyout or the edge of a ledge you’re 180’ing off

  3. More practice is what i did. Feels like yesterday i was just learning 180s, and now im sending 360s off of drops! One day, you’ll look back and your struggles will be a distant memory lol👍
