I have a transmetatarsal amputation. I'm missing half of my foot and I don't really have a lot of feeling in either foot. So you can imagine my feet constantly fly off the pedals and the spikes cut me up pretty bad sometimes.
I don't have a lot of money but I'm willing to splurge on these pedals. (They will cost half as much as my entire bike).
But I need to know will they hold my foot on the pedals? Will they last me a few years? I mostly do gravel riding 1000 miles a year. Id like to do slightly more aggressive trails though if I could keep my foot on the pedals.
Anyone have experience with these?
Thank you kindly.

No clue on magped pedals, but are clipless pedals an option for you?
Perm Peak did a really good review of the Mag pedals.
