Facebook Twitter LinkedIn Pinterest Bluesky Threads Need help identifying this Aeroad generation and paint scheme by Healthy_Mongoose1591 Bicycle Bicycling Bike Biking Canyon Bicycles Canyon Bikes Cycling
Healthy_Mongoose1591 on May 20, 2026 6:35 am Hi everyone, I recently purchased this Canyon Aeroad frame from the UK. The seller mentioned that it previously belonged to a Team GB fitness coach, but I’m mainly trying to learn more about the frame itself. Specifically, I’m curious about: * which Aeroad generation this is * and why the frame shape appears slightly different from some official CFR photos I’ve seen. The frame currently has: * no visible UCI sticker * an unusual white/mint paint scheme I’m not trying to verify the seller’s story — I’m simply interested in understanding more about the frame’s background and platform. Any insight from Aeroad owners or Canyon experts would be greatly appreciated!

Ok_Inspection_2630 on May 20, 2026 7:41 am Looks like it got stripped and repainted: no UCI sticker and frame type/number on the seat post. And when Im correct the model name on the top tube was not only AEROAD but also contained the SLX of SL moniker. If this is the fork for the CP0018 cockpit but has the cp0048 cockpit: this is against canyon’s safety advice.
