Advice on parts I might need before this restomod journey?

I came across a couple of old "Black Lightning" Cannondales from the late 80's. For one bike, I'm keeping it all original using the best parts from both bikes, For the other bike, I'd like to do a restomod using parts I've come across over the last year.

Here's what I've got:

• 1989 Criterium frame
• Shimano 105 shifters, derailleurs (R7000)
• Shimano 105 R7000 rim brakes
• Shimano CS-R7000 cassette
• Cannondale Hollowgram Si 109mm bottom bracket
• Maddux RD 2.0 rims
• SiSl2 Cannondale One crankset
• Cannondale Three handlebar

Areas where I could use some guidance:

1. Adapting the original forks to the Cannondale Three handlebar
2. Converting the rear hub (will remove the rotors for clearance and keep original rim brakes)
3. Adapting the bottom bracket
4. Another area I'm not seeing….
