Don’t know an exact route form Paris to Berlin. I use Komoot for making longer trips, much easier to see the elevation, terrain, road type and conditions. It also had different modes, like quiet roads, scenic, shortest etc.

The interior of Germany near Göttingen is super nice, and there are some nice routes through there, but I would recommended use Komoot or some other tool that makes the route based on actual data from people.

(For the Dutch section, I would not skip Maastricht, it’s an amazing historic city)

  2. I’d either follow more or less the green line, or I would follow the blue one, but then not go up to Cologne and Düsseldorf (loads of industry, boring views), but stay on the blue towards Siegen en Kassel, Göttingen, and then either to Leipzig (beautiful city) or then hop on the red line again.

  3. I would try to take as much Netherlands as possible and to avoid the Ruhrgebiet Area in Germany (believe me, not worth to go).
I would go rather north, via Lille, Bruges and then Netherlands (and then Enschede -> Osnabrück -> Brunswick). Then from Brunswick via Magdeburg (1 day Trip, did it 2 years ago) and then via Potsdam to Berlin
