My $100 Facebook Marketplace deal has turned into a full blown project in under 12 hours. Found this thing and scooped it, didnt have a ton of to check it out, really just throw it in the truck and take off… I get home and unload it, immediately notice the headset bearing is bad, set it down for a few hours and started to tear into it… what was just going to be swapping over a stem, bars, cranks, sprocket and chain swap from my other bike turned into a headset, bottom bracket, front wheel and tire on the way from Albes 🙃 oh well, still not a bad deal I guess 🤷♂️
