Weird washer that fits on the core but makes the core stick out, wtf is this about? Is it possible so you can run the 3/8 adapter on the outside of the peg? In the pics I show how I goes together, with the adapter on the outside, and the last 2 are with no adapter or the adapter on the inside, looking for some insight from any body who knows, ya know. Bonus points for peg pic jokes. GO!
