Riding once a week is going to net incremental gains. I’d just focus on enjoying the ride.

People are insane in this sport, if you want to go fast. You’ll need to put in many more hours per week. Or, just get a gravel bike, do a bit of road to get to the gravel, and enjoy the slower pace and ride. I’m happier doing that.

Your cadence looks low there. I would suggest lowering the gear then track the speed. Give it some time. 3 months in is a lot to ask for more than this. You’re doing great no doubt about that!

21kmh isn’t that bad. especially that it is a 58k ride. improvement will come eventually.
also try to focus on high cadence instead of harder gear.
higher gear burns your muscle (Anaerobic) and builds up lactic acid in it
higher cadence makes you on the aerobic system. which is better for endurance and will help you go faster too.

That’s asking a lot for ~ 12 total rides
