Day 1: galloping goose trail from downtown Victoria to Sooke
Day 2: sooke potholes provincial park, rode around the mtn bike trails back there including a cool abandoned flow pipe trail. Did a summit by bike after dropping gear at campground. Cool fire lookout at the top
Day 3: sooke, BC to Jordan River
Day 4: Jordan River to port renfrow and back to Jordan River
Day 5: Jordan River back to Victoria
Beautiful views, well maintained campgrounds, and the nicest people in the world. Next time all the way to Tofino!

Awesome! I’ll be heading to that area this summer. Where was the little motorhome stay? Was it an Airbnb? I think I might like to work that in.
I have taken the ferry to Nanaimo and rode south to the big lake, but that looks like a great trip.
