So I’ve been inflating my bike tires with a presta valve for a while now but this tire is fully deflated and has no pressure to hold the valve up, I heard I had to push it from the other side to keep it up but that doesn’t work. I really need help on how to inflate this as it keeps slipping down with no pressure, am I pushing it from the tire side wrong? I know I sound clueless but please just help. Thanks

Just get the pump head on and go at it. A small amount of pressure will keep the poppet out.
That SHOULD go down while inflating – even if the tube is FULL of air.
You might need to use pump more properly if you cant inflate through those valve, or for other possibility check for punctures.
Simple solution:
Pump it with the valve upside down until it has 0,4 bars of overpressure. After that it stays open because of that
It looks like you have the valve nut screwed down tight against the rim, so there’s no reason to push from the other side. That’s only when you’re first installing it.
Internal pressure doesn’t hold the knob up. Internal pressure holds the valve itself closed on the inside, so you can pump up the tire and remove the pump without losing air. Then you screw the little knob down tight.
Just pump it up and remove the pump. You’ll see.
There’s a hole in the tube.
Under normal circumstances it would fill with air and internal pressure would push the valve out and hold it closed. If you put the pump head on properly, and you’ve pumped for a few minutes without developing pressure, then there’s a hole in it.
