It is decathlon D920L lock. Used it normally until now (for like two weeks since the friend gave it to me). Now suddenly I cannot open it: the key goes in and turns 90 degrees but nothing happens. I don't remember for sure if the key was supposed to turn more than 90 degrees, but I think yes. I put WD-40 in the keyhole and where the U part meets the shackle, tried hitting and twisting the lock various ways, but it's not opening. It looks like one side of the U part (right) is a bit more inside than the other and won't budge. On the other hand, the left side seems like it can move a tiny bit up and down. Not sure how relevant that is

Maybe try graphite powder? I’ve used it on car locks and it worked extremely well.
Spray some dry lube in the keyhole. Jiggle.
At least it’s not locking your bike somewhere
You’d have to get an angle grinder
