Hey everyone,

I recently got a Rockrider ACTV 500 HF (Decathlon's 28" trekking bike, 44mm tires, hydraulic disc brakes) and I'm looking for a rear rack and full fenders that work well together on this bike.

I'm planning to use it for light touring and daily commuting, so I want a solid, budget-friendly setup. I've been looking at:

  • The official Decathlon ACTV rack (~€50) as it's specifically listed as compatible
  • SKS Bluemels Basic 55mm for fenders – the 55mm version should cover the 44mm tires properly (the 45mm version is too narrow)

My main concern is whether the fender stays and the rack will conflict at the mounting points on the rear dropout/seatstays. I'm also a bit unsure whether the disc brake setup causes any issues with fender mounting at the fork or rear dropout – particularly whether the rotor clearance limits which fender stays will fit.

Has anyone run a similar setup on this bike (or a comparable Decathlon trekking bike with disc brakes)?

Any other rack/fender combos you'd recommend that are known to play nicely together on a disc brake trekking bike?

Budget: ideally under €80 total for both.
Thanks!
