  1. 100% skip on the first bike. Something happened that resulted in the fork being replaced with a crappy fork from a $100 fixie.

The other two are similar enough that shopping based on price is sensible.

  2. The first bike has the best quality level of components, but it is in the worst condition with some questionable things going on. The stem is slammed and the fork cut to a very short length. Make sure it was done properly. Wheels aren’t matching, something happened. Generally looks worn, nasty bar tape. I’d skip it, even for a much lower price.

The other two are lower quality, but in better condition. One has done ergonomics issues. The diamondback handlebars are rotated up with the hoods pushed down, and the bar tape was wrapped over the top of the hoods. Why do I mention? It means it wasn’t assembled by somebody that is qualified and likely has other issues that need to be adjusted to be safe to ride.

Bike #2, is the winner between these 3. It is entry level, but looks ok from the photo. Offer $150 and see if they take it.

  3. My vote is for the third one. I share other commenters concerns with whatever is going on with the fork in pic 1. Pic 2 stem suggests a diy fit solution for someone who was too big for it
