Can anyone tell me if this bike would fit me (5’6). Also I’m sure I can haggle a little , If it’s too overpriced . Just tryna see how much i should probably be paying . Description just says it has Shimano components for shifting and breaking with continental gator skin tires on it.

Not a great price and you will not fit on that bike.
As far as fit goes for someone 5’6, that’s probably way too big. Looks about like a 56cm frame, and at 5’6, you would be better on about a 52.
That’s a $200 bike max if it fit you
Given the interesting stem and spacer setup I would wager this bike was ridden by someone too tall for the frame. Likely also had the saddle slammed back to accommodate, putting stress on the axel and rear spokes. I’d avoid it personally, price is too high for a bike this old anyway. Gonna be tricky to find parts for repair/upgrades.
I know this because that’s me. I’m the tall guy that tried to force myself onto small frames before finally finding one that actually fit.
