Its a Trek Domane 3, but I don't know anything about bicycle brands. He also gave me his helmet along with other accessories, this is my first bike since I was a kid so I am pretty excited to go out and try it. Any tips?

It’s a great bike for you to begin cycling again. It’s a solid middle of the pack model for Trek that is comfortable and easy to ride. Enjoy your new ride.
