Does anyone remember that "innovative" tire that had a tube integrated? It wasnt a tubeless tire per say bc you didnt need a special rim, it was more a tire with a tube attached. Kinda similar-ish to the pic.
I remember seeing it clearly in Danscomp but for the life of me I can't remember it! Its driving me nuts! Thanks for the post on bikewrench for causing this!

I vaguely remember this! Can’t for the life of me remember the brand though..
I dont know. I just remembered a ton of innovative stuff in the early 00s that never stuck. Like the pegs with bearings, pedals with grind plates and such. But this is driving me nuts! Where’s the groups Tistic BMX savant?!
Interesting. How is this helpful? I’m assuming this tire was more expensive that the average. Depending on where the hole is, you can’t patch it. You’d have to continue to buy brand new tires.
I think they were just trying to “simplify” parts. I agree, I dont want to buy a new tire bc of a routine flat!
