Been a journey trying to find the best solution for my gf to have a bikepacking setup on a xs frame without needing panniers. Tried a ortlieb quick rack but not enough seatpost clearance to strap a drybag.
Now trying the tailfin cargopack, though even that still didnt have enough length.
