2012 Specialized Roubaix Elite with SRAM Apex groupset. Maybe 5k miles of use in total. Replaced the wheelset 500 miles ago at LBS.
Cassette does not wobble at all when touching at rest.
Is this cassette movement normal?

No, that is not normal. Cassette is either not seated properly or something is bent on your freehub.
I’m thinking the spacer behind the cassette is not clocked to the correct orientation.
