Hi
How should I install the freewheel with slots replacing a freewheel without slots?
I'm new to this, so if you can help me with terminology, I'll be very grateful.
I have replaced the cheapest freewheel with the similar one once, and now, when it cracked, I want to install a new one, the replaceable one
So the initial freewheel was installed like this (pic. 1, recreation). . It was on the side that is covered in copper (pic. 2). The new freewheel doesn't go flush on the thread on that side (pic. 4), but it goes flush on the opposite side (pic. 3 and 5). Should I turn the tire around and rotate the wheel? Should I put it on the original side and pull harder to get till the end of the thread? Is there a name
