The Gravel bike I want would have:
–Aluminum frame .
–Clearance for 2.25 (57mm) tires.
–Wide i30mm aluminum hooked rims.
–1x mechanical drivetrain with a wide range 10-51 (Shimano) or 10-52 (Sram) cassette.
What about the new Bianchi Arcadex AL?
Fantastic to see more affordable gravel bikes reviews . I had ordered the Giant Revolt 1 before I watched this video so nice to see it recommended ,I know its not perfect but I got it £ 300 pounds cheaper than most online outlets in the UK are selling if for.
Anybody recommends Fuji jari 2.5 for a beginner gravel bike?
Do you have an opinion on the Norco Search A GRX? It's one of the bikes I'm considering to get in the Spring.
Why not Cannondale topstone 2 with cues?
What cassette are you using? 11-50 PG-1230 eagle? Anything else needed to make the switch? Thanks!
Interesting. But why is the canyon grizl not on the list. Current Carbon fiber is 2600$ USD.
$2600 is not affordable
The most YouTuber sounding YouTuber I’ve ever heard on YouTube.
Im not sure if this is region specific but I dont get how these bikes "destroy" their competition. At that pricepoint you get carbon frame or at least grx equipped bikes from brands like Cube, Merida, Canyon, …
While these are possibly one of the most expensive alu frame, Cues equipped bikes.
Voting for the Devinci Hatchet Vista as the best value and most capable gravel bike.
What’s your thoughts on Scott Speedster 20?
I know ppl love to have a big brand logo on there frame, but these 3 bikes are actually still qutie expensive. Cube has much more fair pricing and makes bikes with superb quality. Full corbon bikes starting at 2000 euro and all alloy gravel bikes are below 1700 euro. Also, cube stores are everywhere, you can test drive them and get them serviced there. For some reason they are always overlooked in these videos.
$2200 for entry level?????? WTF lol.
If the brakes lock up and slide on gravel, hydraulic power is overkill! Work on controlled slow stopping.
What do you think about Haro buzzard carbon 3
have you had the chance to check out cube'"s new 2026 bikes?. They seem pretty tempting too 🙂
What about Kona rove and rove dl
Hi! Where are you from? Your accent sounds a bit like mine (Quebec). Great video ^^
I typed "best affordable gravel bike" into YouTube's search engine, and I'm getting videos like this where bicycle content creators are recommending $2,000+ bikes + aftermarket upgrades. The bicycle industry is so ridiculously overpriced. My local bike shops are full of bikes that cost several thousand dollars. I didn't see anything under $650. I even saw several bikes that were between $10,000 to $15,000. That's especially absurd to me because I'm also into motorcycles. I can buy entire naked bikes and sports bikes for around $8,000 that have hundreds of parts and much larger and beefier components that had way more engineering, machining, and labor put into making them. The idea that a simple gravel bike can cost the same price or even twice the price of a Honda CB750 Hornet, Suzuki GSX-8S, or Yamaha MT-07 is absolutely ridiculous. I'm never doing it.
Ozark trail g1 Explorer two years later still can't be beat
Seriously? Just the big three?
Damn! I didnt know the definition of affordable was changed.
