I like how the vehicle has its hazards on, to warn drivers and pedestrians that I’m parked here causing a dangerous situation for everyone around me!

To be honest it looks like that vehicle is parked in front of the crossing with it's hazard lights on, what puzzles me is why there are two pedestrian crossings within 100 feet of each other.
If the reg number cannot be clearly discerned from the video, they won't touch it. I'd cross over and get a clear shot of the plates.

There's nothing more irritating on YouTube than having to go through a bloody advert that's longer than the video.

But Mikey the car has its "hazard" lights on. These are sometimes called the "park badly lights" When you park in an unsuitable location, switch these on and all is forgiven or accepted! (I can't actually find anything like that in the official Highway Code but its an unwritten rule when it comes to bad driving)
