I got me the zipp firecrest 303 wheels, schwalbe g one rs tires and also have the aero enve cockpit (:
Edit: and also better legs needed

  2. Have the exact same bike and went for GP5000S in 32mm.

Awesome difference, about 3-4km/h faster on average.

The s Version lasted about 4000km. 90kg and also some rough Terrain.

Currently running GP5000AS 35mm, feel way softer and a bit slower.

Honestly there won’t be any huge wins for gravel use. You could a fancy aero integrated cockpit, deeper aero wheels, which is already a marginal gain on a road bike but with gravel where speeds are lower its even more marginal. Like just a good skinsuit and aero helmet would make more difference than that stuff.

Great tires are the most important thing for performance by far, but what tire is best depends on the gravel in question! Study up on [bicylerollingresistance.com](http://bicylerollingresistance.com) and then weigh the CRR values against grip and durability, and start experimenting, and figuring out ideal pressures.

chain waxing can be a pretty big win for long dusty routes too.

FFWD Drift Pace / Enve AR40 / Hunt CGR 40 – a wheelset along those lines, depends on your budget. Add some G One RS or Dubnital 50mm tyres. Could also add a wolftooth aero chainring for larger gearing

  5. Faster on what? Pavement, gravel, mud? At what speed average 15kmh, 20kmh or 30kmh? You need to know. For starters install wolf tooth pressure calc and go advanced. Best go tubeless and use that calc. After that ask again.

Btw the front tire is responsible for grip the rear one for speed.

  6. I’m also an owner of the Grizl CF SL 8 1by.

I spent 1250 Fr on a new pair of DT Swiss GRC 1400 wheels + new SLX CN-M7100+CS-M7100 casette and chain bundle + new RT-MT900 brake discs so that I can quickly switch between my wheels.

I currently use my new carbon wheels with Continental GP 5000 AS in 35 mm but will possibly switch these to fast dedicated gravel tyres in the future.
The stock wheels I run with wider, robust tyres for stuff like bikepacking.

    Both setups in tubeless

  7. If they have the same G-Ones as Grizl 6 and 7, probably “any” tire will get you faster. I have them and keep them as they are new on my bike, but boy I am looking forward to change them when they are done 😃
