  1. You guys will be great at repairing punctures at the end of this

You will have some massive highs and lows, and when you finish, whenever that may be, will have memories that will last forever.

  2. Day 10 and the head wind seems to have calmed – TG. Given the weight you’re both carrying, your daily mileage is amazing – equivalent to a TDF stage and those guys are not carrying and don’t have to mend punctures. Brilliant progress.

  3. Punctures always happen on the back wheels. It's just the extra weight you're carrying. Completely normal, although keep patching them tubes, and stock up on them.

  4. Well done, done a bit of cycling myself including the punctures! Nice country CZ Republic. I did that route on a motorcycle twenty odd years ago, 1000cc but not as fast as you! Take care and best wishes from Andalucia

  5. Keep up the positive energy and remember, you can't do anything about what's already happened but you CAN control what happens next.

  6. "I also managed to drop my suncream into a river but rescued it so I was happy about that"
    Well, that's positive!
Huge day on the bike guys… rest your body, mind and soul…
That's the only way you will get through it in the end!
All the best to you, rooting for you Amy and Kyle!

  7. Wow! You guys are clearing some really long distances! It felt only like yesterday that you were entering Germany and you've popped out the other side already!

  8. Amazing job you two!.. what a pair of machines, keep pushing guys that record is toast!… Love from Milton Keynes ❤

  9. Go for it guys, take care of your bodies, you're putting n massive km's per day so build in a rest day or three here and there. All the best, chins up!
