I’ll be using this bike daily mostly to go to the gym and for cardio

From my untrained eye, everything looks up to par. I would prefer to keep the amount I spend on repairs/replacement parts to a minimum

There’s rear derailleur damage and rust on the bike stem. Could be surface rust, but may not be. 250 isn’t horrible but I would offer 200.

  3. def if its as claimed its a good deal and its a good first road bike

The front end is low for a 21.5 and Im not sure its safe to ride with the stem pulled way up like that…
