I was eyeing and almost ready to buy the Grail CF 7 to use on gravel and road. The new Endurace CF 5 and CF 7 have come out, and they seem to be very good value (CF 5 is cheaper than the grail), plus the colorway is much nicer on the endurace.
Could I put on 38mm gravel tires (hoping the clearance is good enough, taking mud and little rocks into account) and use this bike instead? Ive attached pictures of the gravel I would be riding on for reference.

You’d be fine on 25mm tires here, so yes, 38 is plenty.
Not buying it no matter how good it is because of their nauseatingly stupid YouTube ads!
I’d ride that on my road bike with 32s.
I ride my Grail on there. Before that a rode a Cannondale Synapse (25-28mm road tires). Nothing to it.
Riding roads exactly like that with the old Endurace CF. 40mm front 35mm rear. No problem whatsoever. You will be fine.
I’d ride that no problem on my Endurace SLX 8 with its 32mm Continental 4 seasons
Are you from any of the baltic countries?
