After a super long time I have finally sourced all the products and build myself a bike! I do have a float dps factory on hand just need bushing for it.

Would love your opionions on the looks! I had my LBS trim my brake cables and he said that many people liked the tires haha.

Nice build! You’ve left out the most important part. I can’t identify the frame you used.
Also, I went this route before, building a bike from scratch, while it was a fun endeavour, it ended up much more expensive than buying a similarly specced bike. Did you attempt a comparison?
