Unfortunately each country upholds their own Youtube " government " who decide what can or can't be shown or even said online, censorship thats called in liberal countries. Youtube calls it: We don't want to promote dangerous or illegal behaviour and foul language. YouTube regulations don’t allow wheelies on public roads. If you’re on private land then they allow standard wheelies but anything showing knee knocks, standing on seat, taking hands off is flagged and restricted. For us creators we have to make do with how it is and find otherways to monetise our content (eg clothing brand)
