I watched your video and felt as if I were strolling through the streets of Arras with you myself – accompanied by gentle music, loving perspectives, and your calm, attentive view of the city's beauty. You manage to not only show images, but also combine atmosphere, history, and emotion. The Hôtel de Ville is a true gem – this 75-meter-high bell tower is majestic and yet full of stories. And the way you share the historical details with us – about the Spanish past, the Gothic style, the conversion of the Saint-Vaast Abbey into a museum… all of this is told in an engaging way without being preachy.

      What particularly touched me, however, was your eye for the small details, for the tranquil interplay of light, old stones, and moments. You can tell that culture and history truly mean something to you, and that you're not just documenting, but are passionate about what you do. I also think it's great that you encourage us to visit places like this – a little off the beaten track, but all the more authentic, profound, and inspiring.

      My last name is Arras. I would love to visit some day. Although most of my family is of Mexican heritage I wonder how we got the last name in our blood stream……I can only go far back as 3 maybe 4 generations after that we dont know too much….
