Very similar bikes, almost identical parts on the frame. The only thing that is a differentiator is that if you need small or XL bikes the Trek uses some different size parts for things like handlebars and crank arms which can help with fit on the extremes.
Else if either looks more appealing get that one. If nothing else get the cheaper one.
